Privacy Policy

Last updated 31 August 2026

This describes what actually happens on this website. It is specific to this site rather than a generic template. If anything here is unclear, email abhinav@operandus-ai.com and a person will answer.

1. Summary

2. Who we are

Operandus builds AI agents and workflow automations for service businesses. For any question about your data, the contact is abhinav@operandus-ai.com.

3. What we collect, and when

3.1 When you read the site

Our analytics tool, PostHog, records which pages you open, which links and buttons you click, and basic technical details your browser sends anyway: device type, browser, referring page, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. It sets one cookie and one local-storage entry so that repeat visits are not counted as new people. Both are named:

ph_phc_kM5oBUksKgxvZjSQJWYZbQAEkmhYuvunjvchh7dWXSGg_posthog

Session recording is disabled, so no video or replay of your screen, your typing, or your mouse movement is captured. We do not build marketing profiles from this data.

3.2 When you join the Free Build Vault

You enter an email address. We send a six-digit code to confirm the address is real and yours. If you verify it, the address is added to our mailing list so we can send the build packs when they ship, and we receive a notification that someone signed up. Nothing else is collected: no name, no company, no payment details.

Your browser also stores a small flag named operandus_vault_access so the page remembers that you already verified. It exists only in your browser and tells us nothing.

3.3 When you book a call or email us

Booking opens Cal.com, a separate service with its own privacy policy. Whatever you enter there is held by them and shared with us for the meeting. Emailing us gives us your address and whatever you write, held in our ordinary mailbox.

4. Third parties

Each of the following is a company we use to run this site. They are listed because your browser genuinely contacts them, which means they are able to see your IP address.

ServicePurposeWhat it can see
VercelHosts the siteStandard server logs: IP, page, time, browser
PostHog (US)AnalyticsPages, clicks, device, approximate location
Google FontsServes the typefacesYour IP address, when fonts load
unpkgServes a code library two pages requireYour IP address, when it loads
ResendSends the vault emailsYour email address, if you signed up
Cal.comBookingWhatever you enter in order to book

The verification step that emails your code runs on our own server at n8n.operandus-ai.com, not on a third party.

5. What we do not do

6. Retention

7. Your choices and rights

Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe. Beyond that, you may ask us to tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email abhinav@operandus-ai.com and we will action it. You do not need to give a reason, and there is no charge.

If you would prefer not to be counted in analytics at all, any standard content blocker will prevent it and the site will work exactly the same. You may also clear the cookie and local-storage entries named in section 3.1 from your browser settings at any time.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, for example under UK or EU GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We would prefer you raised it with us first so that we can correct it.

8. Changes

If we change what we collect, we will change this page and update the date at the top. There is no version of this in which we quietly begin doing more.

Note: this page was written to describe this site accurately rather than as legal boilerplate. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. If you need a formal assurance for a procurement or compliance process, email us and we will provide what you need.
